01. Services and article requirements

Services may include guest blogging, article publishing, backlink placement, SEO content, editorial review and outreach support. Unless a different length is agreed in writing, each article should contain at least 800 words, be original, readable, relevant and suitable for the target website.

02. Link limit

Each article may normally include up to two relevant links. Links must be relevant, lawful and naturally placed. Additional links require approval before publication.

03. Standard follow links

Where an article is published on our own website and no restriction applies, an agreed link will normally be added as a standard follow link without a nofollow attribute. Paid or sponsored content, publisher requirements, platform rules or search-engine guidance may require an appropriate disclosure or link attribute.

04. Six-month replacement commitment

If an agreed article or link is removed from our website within six months after publication for reasons within our control, we will make reasonable efforts to republish the article or provide a suitable replacement link without an additional service charge.

A replacement may not use the same URL, website or metrics. This commitment does not cover customer-requested removal, customer content, non-payment, unlawful material, third-party publisher decisions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

05. Content and customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information and confirm that articles, claims, trademarks, images and links are original, lawful and properly authorised. We may edit, request changes or refuse misleading, harmful, unlawful, discriminatory, plagiarised or unsuitable content.

06. Results and external platforms

We are responsible for completing the agreed publishing work. Rankings, indexing, traffic, backlink value, leads, sales and revenue depend on external platforms and cannot be guaranteed. Publishers and platforms may edit, restrict, nofollow, remove or decline content and links under their own policies.

07. Payments and transfer charges

Payment terms and deliverables will be agreed before work starts. Bank, payment processor, currency conversion, transfer and other transaction charges for sending payment are the customer’s responsibility. The full agreed service amount should be received after these charges.
